How to get rid from the dandruff in your scalp?

Itchy and irritable to your scalp? Yes, it is dry scalp to our head, it's like flakes and very itchy. And sometimes we feel shy because when we wear a black shirt it's falling likes snow. The causes of irritable dandruff are by oily scalp, not clean hair and for others, that's an unhealthy scalp. And health issues you might lack vitamin B.

 Most of the time dandruff occur every winter.
The scalp gets dry and summer too its worsens because of oily skin. This fungus stays long to scalp if you don't make any actions. But it doesn't mean that you have dandruff you have poor hygiene. The dust and the natural oils leave our heads cause to produce dandruff.

How to Avoid Dandruff?
Makes your scalp hydrated yet not oily. Makes sure you wash it properly using the exact amount of shampoo.

Messaging using tea tree oil helps to have a healthy scalp to avoid dandruff. Make sure has a healthy diet for our skin to have a clean and healthy scalp. Because fungus needs to remove before it will become severe.

Make regular shower and cleaning of hair. In some instances, even you take a shower everyday dandruff stays on the scalp due to dust comes to our hair.

Avoid scratching your scalp when it is itchy instead massage gently when you feel itchy.

There are some home remedies for it, like massaging using lemon juice, coconut oil and fresh aloevera, green tea, apple cider, and baking soda. Like our bare skin, we should take care of our scalp too.

You can use commercial anti-dandruff but don't use too much to avoid damage scalp.
