Slow Metabolism Cause of having Fats
  Millions of people are having problems getting rid of fats inside their body. What are the causes? The food they eat, the carbonated drinks are most things that affect our metabolism, so the fats stay in our body. The fats that stay in our belly is the hardest fats to remove. One of the main reason also why we have fats in our stomach because of the hormonal imbalance, high-stress level, poor diet, alcohol, and saturated fats.

   What is the best way to reduce fats?
Minimize or avoid excessive sugar because it will be converted into fats which stay in our tummy. The carbonated drinks with artificial flavoring, magic sugar, and junk foods are the reason why our tummy getting bigger.

What are the remedies?
1. Eating foods high in protein helps build more muscles in our body and fights to crave on sweet foods
2. Minimize carbs or carbohydrates such as rice which contain high carbs which mostly stay into our body. Instead of rice, we can replace wheat bread, oatmeal, sweet potato, corn as a source of fiber so our metabolism will move faster and the fats can easily be burn.
3.  Leafy vegetables are rich in fiber which clean our digestive system and helps to reduce the fats in our tummy. The Citrus fruits,  apple, orange, and banana are the best food to add in our diet so we can have a healthy sexy body.

   Aside from the foods we eat, a proper exercise is the best way to get rid of fats, this will help easily burn the fats inside our body. Some exercise could be Jogging, aerobics, and dancing.

   So Keeping the tips we have will surely bring us to a fit and right body.
