    Migraine is one of the common pain whenever we feel tired. We felt so weak when you have migraine then one side or both sides of your head severly aching. And we felt in our head the nausea and dizziness.

     What is the cause of migraine? There's no specific study about the cause of it, but some research says "because of the abnormal activity of the brain". For woman, when the period comes, because of hormonal changes they experience pain. Stress, emotional, anxiety, shock and excitement too can trigger a migraine.

     What are home remedies for migraine? A hot packs or hot pads can help to relax your head or a caffeinated product, apply a small amount and it can heal migraine. If persist you can take anti-pain like Ibuprofen or aspirin.

   Another tip is to take a nap for a while so that your head will be relaxed. And then avoid too much stress and have enough sleep.

      Drinking tea can also helps to cure migraine as it contains small caffeine. It relaxes the nerves, when we drink a tea it goes up in the blood and slowly the pain will be lessen.

      Stay hydrated is one of the important thing that we should keep. And drinking warm water may relieve such pain.

      Meditation and exercise will also help achieve a good circulation of the blood. And the brain will function well whenever we are relax.

       Whenever you feel this migraine, just follow all the tips above but take note if it's severe you should consult adoctor for proper medication.
