Why we experienced Numb Feet?

     We experienced pain in our feet whenever we got tired from work. And when we woke up from our sleep. We should be aware, because unusual pain in our feet and numbness may symptoms of some disease we need to be aware.

      What are some causes of numb feet? The lack of vitamin B-complex is one of the factors. High blood pressure, high cholesterol is another cause of numbness into our feet. Some of this might have clog into our nerve that when the blood flows it can't release. Pain and weak feet are the other usual condition that indicates the disease to our body. The clog nerves of our body.

       Obesity is another factor why we got pain and numbness of feet. Too much weight makes us feel tired. Diabetes may cause feet numbness, because of high sugar in the blood.

       How to cure feet numbness? The foot must massage with some oil before we sleep, to relax some nerve and the blood flows smoothly to our nerve. We need some stretching to our feet so it will avoid pain and numbness. Soaking to warm water with Epsom salt will help to ease some pain. Add leafy vegetables to our diet and citrus fruits like orange, apple, pears and especially banana. Avocado which good for boosting nerve function.

        Avoid can goods and artificial foods. We should be aware of all the food we eat. Drinking enough water will help too so our nerve function well. If the symptoms are unusual to go for check up to your doctors for proper medication.
