What are the early symptoms of stroke?

What is a stroke?
It is an attack on the brain in which the blood flow to the area of the brain cut off. When the oxygen that brings to the vessels clogged or having blood clot it cause the stroke or the inability to function the brain well.

What is the cause of stroke or brain attack?
Having high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood and those who smoke are prone to brain attack.

What are the symptoms of a stroke? Numbness or weaken of the arm and leg, trouble in speaking, vision problems, dizinness, loss of coordination, severe headache. Those are some symptoms of a stroke. Sometimes people may experience mild stroke and there are early sign of serious stroke that sometimes can lead to death.

How to prevent strokes?
1. We must be careful with our health. When we feel strange and unusual, we should seek see doctor for a proper medication.
2. We need to control the food we eat especially those high cholesterol which is bad to our body.
3. Avoid too much stress that can weaken our body.
4. Remember that vegetables are a good diet.
5. Exercise

Those who have high blood pressure should be careful to their diet. Keep and maintain healthy diet. Avoid too much fatty food and drink water so our body will be keep hydrated.

Stroke attack can lead to mild steoke to severe storke that can paralyzed the body or may lead to unexpected death.
