PCSO donated the 45 units of medical vehicles for government hospitals in the country

Philippines - This Thursday, 45 Ambulance units have been provided by the Philippine Charity of Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) for various government hospitals and health facilities in the country.

The transfer ceremony was held at the site of the Philippine National Police Headquarters in Camp Crame.  It was honored by Police Major General Guillermo Eleazer, Chief of the Directorial Staff and PCSO General Manager Royina Garma. The provision of these ambulances is intended to benefit patients from the various government hospitals of Metro Manila, Philippines.

In speech of PCSO General Manager Royina Garma said that PCSO has always been a strong advocate of good health services to all Filipino people, especially those with limited resources to spend on their medical and health care.  He added that citizens would not hesitate from this promise while allowing the dedication of providing free but quality public assistance.

PNP General Hospital also received an ambulance unit and worth of P55 million pesos cash assistance for PNP health services.

 San Lazaro Hospital
 Tondo Medical Center

 From Quezon City:
 East Avenue Medical Center
 National Children’s Hospital
 Philippine Orthopedic Center
 Quirino Memorial Medical Center
 Lung Center of the Philippines
 National Kidney and Transplant Institute
 Philippine Children’s Medical Center
 Philippine Heart Center

 Rodriguez Medical Center - Marikina City
 National Center for Mental Health - Mandaluyong City
 Research Institute for Tropical Medicine - Muntinlupa City
 Rizal Medical Center - Pasig City
 Valenzuela Medical Center - Valenzuela City
