5 secret tips to be mentally healthy


Talking about mental health has focused on only one part of the spectrum, where the problem has grown so much that everyone involved is helpless. But our mental health includes our reaction to the stress of our daily life and how we generally feel about where we are or who we are today.

Just as we need to drink a certain amount of glasses daily to make sure our bodies are hydrated enough, so should we remember the little things we can do to make sure we are mentally fit.

Here are some simple tips to become better your mental health:

1. Talk to others when you are in trouble
      - If you are sad, worried or angry you should talk to others or write down how you feel.

2. Create a Gratitude Journal
      - List 3 to 5 things you are grateful for. You will find your blessing and not your problem.

3. Find ways to entertain yourself
      - Watch fun comedy shows on TV, on the internet or in theaters. Read joke books and meet positive people.

4. Take a break
      - Rest and do relaxing things like reading a book, listening to music and coloring.

5. Have a balanced diet
      - Eating vegetables and fruits helps your mental health.

6. Be Active
      - Exercise helps release chemicals in our brains that make us happy. So set aside time for it even 30 minutes a day.
