Do you know that diarrhea can be dangerous? Know the immediate treatment



       Diarrhea is a common digestive problem. It is a liquid bowel movement. A person with diarrhea has a watery stool at least 3 times a day or more. They have excessive thirst and sunken eyeballs. Diarrhea can become dangerous if it leads to severe dehydration.
      Some people don’t care about their health. And it will cause a problem for their health. We need to be aware of ourselves and others. This simple information can help us.

For prevention and control:

-Wash fruits and vegetables with clean water before eating and cooking.
-Eat only foods that well cooked and properly prepared.
-It is important to wash our hands before eating for 20 seconds with soap.
-Make sure that the water we drink is clean.
-Cover the foods to keep away from insects and pests.
-Avoid street foods.
-Use a clean toilet and wash your hands afterward.

For immediate treatment:

-Give a person with diarrhea a rice soup (am) and continue feeding to replace lost body fluid.
-Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.

If the person still has diarrhea, consult to the nearest health center and wait for the doctor's advice.
