Domestic Helpers for Russia's minimum wage will ranged from Php 50,000 to Php 75,000 per month

The Department of Labor and Employment said the Philippines is currently expecting Russia to sign the Bilateral Labor Agreement following the successful visit of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte.

Moscow has announced that it will require a number of household service workers, musicians, and other professional positions.

Chief Labor Silvestre Bello III said the two countries have not yet signed the agreement because Russia wants a government to government deal.  The minimum wage that Household workers in Russia can receive is from Php 50,000 to Php 75,000.

He added also that the Russians were kind, because all OFWs he knew and talked to were satisfied with the job and he heard no any complaints about being mistreated, exploited and underpaid.
