Here are the 12 steps on how to relieved stress effectively



According to a Psychologist, stress is not bad.  It is a  of a person's life with a serious cause.

When a person feels emotional it is has a possibility to drained and anxiety that it can be make us emotionally numb and if you are overwhelmed in everything your body will be lose sense.

When this stress is not striking, it will begin to be depression where it is harder to heal the pain. Usually, it does not even get into therapy and medicine. People who are driving depression may feel the loss of movation, hatred of oneself that has reached the point that hurting itself and suicidal.

There are some 12's that shared by the Department of Health for helping the people who can suffering from Stress:

1. Self - awareness - it can become sensitive to your needs, feeling, wants and boundaries.

2. Scheduling - your time must be organize so that you cannot full load at your work and youn can make enjoy yourself on some other things

3. Speak - it is important that you don't keep all the things that can bothered to your mind and yourself. If something bothering you, you speak. If you cannot get it something, you can ask. And if you cannot do it one thing, you can ask some help.

4. Siesta - it is important to know how to rest while you thinking all of your doing.

5. Sounds - music can be help on your relaxation, can boost your mood and to give happiness on your doing.

6. Sensation - massage is also the one can help to your self. You can do it this even 15 minutes.

7. Socials - having a one group can also help to yourself. You can knowing who among at your back and who among them that you can go to if you need help.

8. Stretching - a little bit of body movement can also help with you to freshen up and brain up yourself.

9. Smile - it is one small thing but it can be give you a happiness to yourself and to the other.

10. Sports - this is also can help to yourself because it can use some other part of our brain or getting to work in some other way.

11. Stress debriefing - stress can be traumatizing. This stress debriefing is not only lessen the impact of trauma it can help you to get from it.

12. Spiritually - believing yourself can help to remove all the things that can bothering to you.
