In the Philippines one of the most problems in everyday life is traffic. To reduce vehicular traffic is to build an elevated walkway. As written by Michael Delizo, Abs-Cbn news, October 18, 2019, in Manila the National Economic and Development Authority starts to review the possibilities to have an elevated walkway and bike line in Edsa.

The information from Hope Libiran, the Director for Communications of Department of Transportation, the elevated pathway is under technical evaluation of NEDA. Asian Development Bank (ADB) will lend $100 million, 5 billion as converted to Peso to the government for the project.

The ADB Transport Specialist Shuji Kimura has confidence that the loan will be approved of the Manila-based lender's board by the first quarter of 2020.  If it will be approved, the construction will start by the end of 2020, the other side can use by 2021 and will finish in 2022.

The walkway will build near LRT and MRT stations in Taft, Pasay, Guadalupe, Makati, Cubao, and Balintawak in Quezon City.
