A OFW arrested in NAIA after smuggling shabu


 Manila (November 8, 2019)- Early in the morning one Filipina OFW from Cambodia was arrested for attempting to smuggle worth 40.8 Million Shabu.

  The Filipina OFW was identified as Marie Rusol. She arrived 4:00 am early this morning at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in a Cebu Pacific Airplane with flight number 5J258 from Siem Reap, Cambodia.

 The BOC said that they discovered the shabu after the bag the suspect examine through x-ray scanning. They found white crystalize substance wrapped in tea foil inside the two bags of Marie. After they tested the substance they found it was proven positive as a shabu.

 Marie and all the drug recovered was turned over to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency for further investigations for violation of Republic Act 9165 Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act and CMTA or Custom Modernization and Traffic Act.
