A total of 1200 OFW were deported from Kuwait in just 9 months due to offenses

Kuwait - The Interior Ministry have confirmed that there are about 1,200 Filipino Workers from Kuwait were deported within 9 months because of different offences.

The numbers of deportees has a total of 18,000. They are expelled in oil rich Gulf Country due to their offences including violation of traffic, criminal offences, labour rules, visa and transmitable diseases.

Based on Kuwaiti Daily Al Qabas they determine that the 18,000 deportees were include 6,000 women and 12,000 men.

The 5,000 deportees is from Indonesia,the second biggest number of deportees is Bangladesh with 2,500 in total. In the report there are 2,100 from Nepal, 1,700 Ethiopians, 1,400 from Sri Langka and 1,200 deportees from Philippines. The other workers was deported were Asians, Westerners and Arabs.
