UPDATE: Storm Ramon slowly moving but has intensifies its strength as it nears Cagayan Province

Cagayan, Philippines- The tropical storm "Ramon" is moving overnight to northern Luzon. As of 10 pm, the typhoon was located at 210 kilometers of Casiguran, Aurora as of 5:00 am according to PAG-ASA.

The storm is moving 10 kilometers per hour and with maximum sustained wind of 85 kilometers per hour and gustiness of 205 kilometers per hour. And moving Northwest.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #2 is now in effect over most of Northeastern Luzon, while additional provinces are placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #1

Tomorrow, light to moderate with occasional heavy rains may be experienced over Cagayan (including the Babuyan Islands), and Apayao. Light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains over Ilocos Norte, Abra, Kalinga, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Quirino, and Northern Aurora.

This evening the storm will be located 81 kilometer Northeast of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. And 75 kilometers of Aparri, Cagayan.
