WEATHER UPDATE: A tropical depression to enter PAR

Manila, Philippines (November 12, 2019) -As of 3:00 am Pag-ASA issued a weather forecast about the Low-Pressure Area. According to them, the LPA was located 910 km East Virac Catanduanes. The Northern and Central Luzon was affected by Northeast Moonsoon.

  The while Visayas will experience cloudy skies and thunderstorm with scattered rain showers because of the LPA.

 The areas of Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with thunderstorms and isolated rain showers.

 The Northeast Monsoon will also bring cloudy skies and light rains to the Provinces of Ilocos Norte, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Apayao, Pangasinan, Benguet, Kalinga, Abra, Mt. Province, Ifugao, Batanes, Quirino, Isabela, Cagayan and Nueva Vizcaya.

  From Northeast moderate to strong winds blowing will prevail in Aurora Province and Northern Luzon. Coastal waters will be rough to very rough.

 The Pag-ASA will be monitoring the LPA as it becomes Tropical Depression in the next 48 hours.
