WEATHER UPDATE: Typhoon Tisoy made its landfall in Bicol Region and Northern Samar


Manila, Philippines (December 3, 2019) - At 1:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon "TISOY" was located based on all available data including Daet Doppler Radar In the vicinity of Pilar, Sorsogon. And moving West at 15 kph. The strength of the typhoon has maximum sustained winds of 165 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 275 kph.

Typhoon Tisoy has  made the first landfall in Gubat, Sorsogon at around 11:00 pm
