Why do monosodium glutamate is harmful to the body?

Monosodium glutamate (msg) is a spice commonly used in Chinese foods, salads, gourds, and other processed foods. It is classified by the food and drug administration as a food ingredient generally recognized as safe. But the use of vets in food remains controversial. monosodium glutamate has long been used for food.

The FDA has obtained many anecdotes of adverse reactions from the vein. Some people experience heart rate, sweating, numbness in the face and neck, dizziness and fatigue. Researchers have found no evidence of adverse reactions.

But there are actually people who experience it. But the symptoms are not severe and disappear immediately. Just remember that moderation in everything. Just use monosodium glutamate slowly because any excess is bad. The monosodium glutamate also contains sodium and when excess sodium can cause hypertension.
