34 Deaths has been recorded in Taiwan due to seasonal influenza virus

There are eight new cases of death due to seasonal Influenza in just a span of one week according to Taiwan's Centers for Disease Control.

Since October 1, 2019 when the seasonal influenza began, there are about 34 cases of death have already been reported. And from January 5 to January 11, there are about 124,118 people went into various hospitals and clinics for treatment. According to CDC.

Based in the record, 80 percent of the patients suffer a Type A flu H1N1 virus. And also the authorities had clarified that none of the eight victims who died has undergone flu vaccination.

The CDC has forecasted that the peak of seasonal flu will be experience before the Lunar New Year on January 23-29 this year.
