Do you know that Celery helps to recover a damage liver?

Celery is a common vegetable that can be purchased in markets. It is just a small plant with soft branches. Here in the Philippines two types of celery plants are grown, (chinese celery) thinner found in lowland areas. (usually celery) tall stems that grow in high places like Benguet. It comes from European and North Asian countries.

The nutrients and chemicals available in celery:
*Branches - are rich in flavanoids, anthrons, xanthons and tannins.
*Plants - contain glucosides, apiin, mannites, and inosites. It also contains calories, vitamin K, molybdenum, folate, potassium, fiber, manganese, vitamin C, B6, A, and magnesium.

Diseases and conditions that can cure celery:
1.) Gout - regular diet of celery can help reduce the impact of gout on the body.
2.) High blood pressure - eating the leaves and stems of celery can lower blood pressure.
3.) Difficulty in urination - Drinking leaf and celery stalks is a great help in urination.
4.) Asthma - Inhalation of the celery seeds can help with the shortness of breath caused by asthma. The crushed bones were then placed on the cloth before taking it. You can also drink the bone marrow.
5.) Rheumatism - Regular eating celery helps reduce the pain of rheumatoid arthritis. Drinking has a similar effect on the consumption of celery seeds.
6.) Cancer - few studies have found that drinking celery juice has a good effect on people with cancer.
7.) Liver damage - Regular diet of celery vegetables helps in the recovery of damaged liver. 8.) Destruction of cells due to free radicals - celery juice has a strong anti-oxidant, so its consumption can help reduce the damage of cells to the body.
