"How silent killer over fatigue body?"

                        Our Body and Limitations
    We work hard every day, we don't mind sometimes our meal. We spent 6days or sometimes seven days a week with 10 to 12 hours of working. Our body follows what we planned every day.

    Fatigue is the term describing the feeling of wireless or lack of energy. Feeling of drowsy and sleepy. This feeling your body has no motivation and energy. The symptoms sometimeareis just rare.
This feeling has s deep reason why you feel this, such as anemia, diabetes, thyroid disease, heart disease, and sleep disorders. Dehydrateded may the other reason why you feel this. The symptoms of fatigue slowly appear in our bodies. Once we got a problem in our body it starts to command that way.

     What are the common symptoms of fatigue? Tiredness is the common symptom of fatigue that the body has no energy to move, headache, dizziness, sore and aching of the muscles, muscle weakness, slow reflexes and responses, impaired decision making and judgment, moodiness and irritability.

     How to cure fatigue? The first important things is to go for a check up.  Watch your personal diet, keep your body hydrated, eat leafy and green veggies instead of meat and avoid citric juices and soda. Regular exercises are very important. Live with a healthy diet.
