Numb hands? It must be a Carpal tunnel, know the natural remedies

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a disease of people who use their hands often. Symptoms include inflammation of the palm caused by a sharp wound, the median nerve, in our wrist area.

To avoid the carpal tunnel, here's what to do:
1.) Rest your hands every hour while working.
2.) Reduce arm strength and force.
3.) Don't bend the hand. When the hand posture is wrong, the median nerve can be squeezed. The wrist should be straight when typing.
4.) Raise hands while resting. It is best to raise your hand to the chair or your chest.
5.) Handshake. There is a special exercise for the carpal tunnel. Raise your hand, and spin as if you were shooting. Use the wrist in a circular action. Its purpose is to relieve the passage of the trapped median nerve.
6.) Can put splint or wedge in hand. Get stiff and elongated cardboard. Tape it under the palm and wrist. The purpose of this is to keep the hands off the bed.
7.) Lay hands on while sleeping. This is important. Do not place your hands under the head while sleeping.
