What are the symptoms of Kidney Stones and how to prevent


Kidney Stones is difficult collections of salt and mineral consisting of calcium or URIC acid. It may be involved in other parts of the urinary system.

Kindney Stones Symptoms 

Kidney Stones can not be caused by the symptoms until it moves within your kidney. At these times, you will experience signs and symptoms and these are the following:
 1. Severe pain in the lower back and back ribs
 2. Pain in the stomach and groin
 3. Diseases that originate in waves and change - before everything.
 4. Pain in urination
 5. Pink, red and brown urine
 6. Cloudy or foul urine
 7. Nausea and vomiting
 8. Need to urinate
 9. Urination is less frequent
 10. Fever and tremors if there is infection
 11. Small urine

If you experience the following symptoms it is best to consult a doctor.,
1. It is so painful that you cannot sit or find a
    comfortable position.
2. Pain accompanied by vomiting and nausea
3. Pain accompanied by fever and chills.
4. Having a blood clot
5. Difficulty in passing urine

How to Prevent Kidney Stones in Life Style Changes

You can reduce the risk of kidney stones if you do the following:
1. Drink water throughout the day
 2. Eat fewer foods rich in Oxalate
 3. Choose a diet low in salt and protein derived from
     animals
 4. Continue eating calcium-rich foods, but beware of
     calcium supplements.
