What is Hemorrhoids(Almoranas) causes, symptoms and treatment?

   Many people men and women suffer from hemorrhoids. Women are most prone to this due to giving birth. Hemorrhoids also called "piles" which swollen the veins in the anus and lower rectum like varicose veins. Can develop inside the rectum(internal hemorrhoids), and under the skin of anus( external hemorrhoids).

    What is the cause of hemorrhoids? It's repeated straining while having a bowel movement. It causes also constipation and diarrhea. Straining gets in the way of blood flow in and out the area which causes enlargement of vessels in the rectum. Straining through giving birth of a woman cause hemorrhoids too.

    What are the symptoms of hemorrhoids? The extreme itching around the anus, irritation, and pain in the anus, painful lump around the anus, fecal leakage, painful bowel movement, and having blood in the tissues after having a bowel movement.

    How to treat hemorrhoids? Apply over the counter hemorrhoids cream soak into a warm bath and sit. Soak your anal for 10-15 minutes in a water sit fit like in the toilet. For serious hemorrhoids bleeding, you should go for the doctor for proper treatment and operations visit psychologist and gastroenterologist.
Avoid too much spicy food so it  won't bring painful and hot feeling into the anus. Avoid food that cause hard bowel such too much banana.

    Hemorrhoids can long few weeks if treated early but sometimes it long last depends the situation of swollen vessels.
