Airline companies in the Philippines have temporarily suspended its operation bound to Mainland China


The Airline companies in the Philippines will be suspending its flight to Mainland China starting February 1, 2020.

For the budget carrier, Cebu Pacific said it would suspend all flights between the Philippines and mainland China from Feb. 2 to March 29, 2020. The flights to and from Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen are included.

Meanwhile, the Philippine Airlines (PAL), said it would cancel halve of their flights from China and its several territories starting Feb. 1. to March 4, 2020.

AirAsia would also be limiting flights between the Philippines and China until March 1.

The Chinese Consulate General has also said that the Xiamen Airlines will cancel all flights between Jinjiang, China, and Davao City through all of February due to the virus outbreak.
