Foods that healthy in our Liver or its called Fatty liver


Fatty liver is a condition in which fat is absorbed. Fatty liver is found in unhealthy foods around. Having a fatty liver can increase your chances of developing diabetes and heart disease.

If you have fatty liver your blood cholesterol, blood sugar and uric acid are also high.

There are two types of fatty liver:

1.) Alcoholic Fatty Liver (alcoholic type) - is due to alcohol consumption.

2.) Non-alcoholic type - is caused by fatty foods

Initially the fatty liver has no symptoms. Some other people is hurting the right side of the stomach. But when it comes to liver cirrhosis it is severe and there will be have a  jaundice, become malnutrition, having a big stomach, and dropsy of the feet.

Here are the foods that are good for the Liver:

* Carrots - the flavonoids and beta-carotene that carrots contain are essential to the overall functioning of the liver.

* Avocado - nutrients such as oleic acid are good for the liver. Avocado also contains the chemical glutathione that is also important in the liver detoxification process.

* Apple - Apple is rich on Pectin that can help cleanse the food stream from harmful substances and chemicals. This reduces the function of the liver and prevents its rapid deterioration.

* Cabbage- Cabbage is rich in sulfur. It helps cleanse the liver from harmful chemicals and harmful free radicals.

* Cauliflower
It contains chemicals and enzymes that aid in the rapid and effective liver detoxification process.

* Garlic
Garlic is rich in sulfur. This chemical helps in detoxification of the liver from toxic chemicals like Mercury, and substances from artificial flavors added to the foods.

* Green tea
Drinking tea is rich in nutrients essential to the proper functioning of the liver such as catechins.

Fatty liver treatment is slowly changing of livelihood. One of this bad habit are drinking alcohol and smoking. We should avoid fatty and sugary foods. Eat healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits and fish.

If you have a fatty liver condition it should be treated immediately so as not to worsen. If the stomach is large, we need to lose weight. Do not ignore fatty liver disease.
