Foods to eat for a stomach ulcer

The gastric ulcer is where the stomach lining hurts. Ulcer is a type of peptic ulcer disease that affects the stomach and small intestine. Usually when the mucus layer that protects the stomach is thickened, it disappears. It is lost because it is consumed by digestive enzymes and acids that should be used in digestion of gastric foods. The cause of the ulcer is the prolongation of hunger. So it turns out that instead of food digesting the stomach acids, the very lining of our stomachs will eat this acid if we are constantly starving. The other cause of ulcer is infection caused by the bacterium helicobacter pyrlori, another cause is the constant consumption of aspirin or naproxen.

Symptoms of an ulcer are:
* Excessive abdominal pain
* Frequent acne or acid reflux
* Abdominal pain
* Feeling constant bowel
* Vomiting
* Slimming or weight loss
* Heartburn or hot chest feeling

What to eat with ulcer are:
* Radish
* Yakult
* Cauliflower
* Blueberries
* Cabbage
* Strawberries
* Broccoli
* Chicken
* Almonds
* Eggs
* Apples.
* Spinach

What to do to prevent ulcer:
* Avoid starvation.
* Avoid alcohol consumption
* Eat good food

* Only take prescription medication
