Taiwan's new cases of COVID-19 significantly drops to 7 today, total of 329

TAIPEI - Central Epidemic Command Center on Wednesday reported seven additional COVID-19 cases today (April 1). The country has now a total of 329 positive cases.

Health Minister and CECC head Chen Shih-chung announced the significant drop from 16 cases reported on Tuesday to 7 today (Wednesday). The new cases were all imported from abroad, there are 3 men and 4 women with ages 20 to 70. All seven new cases came from US and UK.

Since the outbreak began in Taiwan, 329 people have been diagnosed with the disease and five have died. A total of 45 people have been released from hospital isolation
