7 foods that help increase fertility


 Human fertility is the ability of men and women to naturally produce and produce babies. However, due to causes such as alcohol, environmental pollution, use of chemical products, toxins, and electromagnetic radiation the level of infertility is rising.

These are the seven that increase fertility:
1.) Seaweed contains vitamins B, D, E and K all of which contribute to hormone health and fertility. Iodine in seaweeds helps improve the thyroid and helps correct hypothyroidism, which is one of the most common causes of infertility and is directly linked to endemetriosis.
2.) Apricots. There is magnesium which helps prevent fetus miscarriage, iron to transfer oxygen to blood, copper, silicon and potassium and anti-oxidising vitamin C. Fresh and dried apricot is a snack-dense snack.
3.) Asparagus. It contains folic acid and is best and natural diuretic because it contains aspartic acid, an amino acid that helps to neutralize toxic stains in the bloodstream while being taken to the kidney for elimination.
4.) Brussels Sprouts. It is high in all cruciferous vegetables when it comes to overall health, with unique benefits in DNA protection and balancing thyroid and glucosinolates which are important phytonutrients and protection against cancer.
5.) Silverbeet. Also known as chard is a powerhouse of phytonutrients and anti-oxidants and vitamin C. It also contains vitamin K for bone health, folates, niacin, B6 and thiamine which is essential for maintaining optimum cellular function and iron for red blood formation cells. 6.) Pecan Nuts. It has vitamin B6 which helps balance estrogen and progesterone levels and decreases prolactin levels. High prolactin prevents ovulation which also impedes fertility.
7.) Coconut Oil. It is a saturated fat that is different than other harmful fats. This is due to the unique 50% lauric acid which provides powerful antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties.
