Benefits of caring a plant inside the house

In our everyday lives, we can be inhaling the air daily. But we can not avoid being able to make time because of the pollution of the air.

Due to air pollution, many diseases can be caused such as cough, asthma, pneumonia, heart disease, and stroke.

Caring for plants inside the house is one way to reduce the air pollution that we are experiences. Caring for these plants are also has health benefits. These are the following:

1. Plants produce oxygen and release carbon dioxide around.  Whereas humans need oxygen and emit carbon dioxide.

2. Toxins in our environment are eliminated when we have a house plant.  These are VOCs or Volatile Organic Compounds that come in paints, coating, and refrigerators. The carbon monoxides that came from the car will also be reduced.  These are according to NASA research.

3. It is also not easy to catch the Flu and cough when we have the plants inside the house.  According to the study of the University of Agriculture in Norway, it has been shown that 30% reduce fatigue, colds, cough, and sore throat if we can make a house plants because it helps to remove dust around the house.

4. House plants are a natural modifier.  Water or humidity in the air increases because it absorbs the root of the plant and evaporates from the leaf.  When humidity is high it can not easy to have of any infections.

5. House Plants also helps yourself to be happy and positive in your life insights.

6. When there are visible plants around the office, they are more productive and more active in their work.

7. The availability of house plants can provide a good and very deep sleep.

8. Caring of plants inside the house is resistant to the hot weather and global warming, as the temperature under their tree is less than 1 degree than the other places.

9. Select large house plants that are 6 to 8 inches wide so that they can be more effective in caring for indoor and outdoor plants.  Bamboo plants are one of the most attractive plants for house scaffolding because they provide 10 times as much oxygen as other plants.

But just a reminder to keep in mind that plants are constantly being replaced with water every week to prevent tadpole and mosquitoes that can cause dengue.
