Best foods to boost our brains

  Foods that can help keep our brain healthy. When your diet is high in vitamins and nutrition, your mind and memory will be sharper than those who do not.

Let's find out these so-called brain foods:
1.) Peanuts have vitamin E and good fats. According to studies, when we have high levels of vitamin E in our body, our brains are also smarter. Peanuts also help with memory. Can eat peanut butter, cashews and walnuts. Just choose fried nuts with lots of salt. Also eat peanuts by only a handful (30 grams) because they are also high in calories.

2.) Avocado Avocado is rich in vitamin B and healthy fats (monounsaturated fats) that improve blood flow to the brain. There are animal studies that show that avocados reduce stroke and lower blood pressure. In addition to these foods, we should also have a heathy lifestyle to protect our brain.

3.)Eggs are high in choline, a chemical that children need to develop their brain and memory. Eggs are also high in vitamin A, iron and folate. The baby can be fed 1 egg per day. But if Heart disease is high in cholesterol, limit your egg intake to 3 eggs per week.

4.)Oily fish. The oily fish are tuna, tilapia, salmon, sardines, drums and crab fat. It contains omega-3 fatty acids which improves blood flow. This will reduce the chance of stroke and heart attack. Try to eat 4 ounces of fish three times a week.

5.)Coffee can help prevent alzheimer's disease and weaken our minds. Coffee has anti-oxidant and caffeine ingredients. Coffee also helps in the memory of our study but its effect is temporary. You can drink 1 or 2 cups of coffee a day. Also, do not overdo it and it may speed up our heart rate. And do not add whip cream and full cream milk to prevent fats.
