Natural method for removing stretch marks


Stretch marks are visible stripes on the skin with a distinctive color. Often pregnancy causes a stretch mark, there are other causes such as sudden increase or weight loss, sudden growth, stress or hereditary parenting. The stretch mark is usually seen on the abdomen, thighs, arm and arm bands.

Natural ways to reduce visible stretch marks:
*Lime contains acid that can help reduce stretch marks and other scars. Wrap the strap around the body with a stretch mark. Let the calamansi soak and soak for about 10 minutes before rinsing it with warm water.
