What to do when the stomach aches (ulcer)


 All of us feel stomach aches. When we are out of food or under stress at work, the stomach seems to be in a mess. It releases excess acid so the stomach aches. This disease is called gastritis (sometimes Gerd or heartburn) and can worsen as an ulcer.

Things to do and eat to prevent stomach or ulcer:
1.) Eat bananas and bread Bananas are very healthy. Aside from being easy to eat and eat, bananas are also medicinal because they can irritate the stomach. The taste is good in the stomach and is satisfying.
2.) Eat at the right time Eat a little but often a day. For example, eat at 7am. Eat 10. Lunch a little. Snack on bread at 4pm. Have dinner by 7pm. Although busy at work, don't forget to eat on time. Take care of the stomach.
3.) Avoid eating cramps. Avoid sour and spicy. There are foods that are really affecting the stomach. Avoid overly spicy foods. Such as peppers, lime, vinegar, porridge with extra salt and concentrated pineapple juice can cause stomach cramps. Cold drinks also irritate the stomach.
4.) Drink water gradually Drinking water helps in cleansing the stomach acid. The right drink is to swallow a small amount of water every 20 minutes. In this way, the acid in the stomach is washed and cleansed.
