Wy do chicken soup makes our body stronger?


According to Doc Willie Ong, chicken soup is used for diseases. It has benefits in cough, cold, flu, hangover and breastfeeding mom.

Here's are all you need:
1 whole chicken
4 pieces garlic
3 pieces onion
10 carrots
1 camote
3 stalk of celery
Whole Pepper

How to cook:
Put Chicken in a pot. Add 14 glass of water. Boil the soup. Then add onion, garlic, celery, sweet potato, and carrots. Boil for 2 hours. For the best taste add salt and pepper.

1. Chicken soup- from the study of Dr. Stephen Rennard of the University of Nebraska, chicken soup helps to eliminate the blockage of cold and phlegm. It is anti-inflammatory.
2. Sweet potato- eating potatoes can reduce the chance of having cancer. High in fiber, vitamins B6, C and E, folate and potassium and low in calories.
3. Carrots- it contains beta carotene and vitamin A. Vitamin A helps fight infection and good for the eyes.
4. Celery- Celery is high in vitamin c, magnesium, and iron.
5. Black pepper- contains volatile oil and alkaloids that help relaxation of sinuses.
